Hi Everyone, As much as I would love to spend much time here and read everything that is posted, I cannot. So I must do the best I can with the time I do have. Sooooo... I have a question that I hope will bring about some interesting and insightful dialogue here in our Forum. (Of course I'm sure there is a lot of good dialogue in here, I just hope to add to it.) Here is my question. What if we were to change? What would you do if God did affect a change in your sexual orientation and suddenly you found that you were a heterosexual and not a boylover any more? There is a second part of this question as well... What if God did not change others who are like you? How would you act or react to this developement in your life? Do you think you would act like those Christians who believe we all MUST be heterosexual to be loved or accepted by God? What would you say in a post in this forum to the rest of the folks who are still B.L.'s and you know that they are, not out of choice, but because of things they had no control over? Or, would you try to find a common ground of faith, based on God's Word, to keep the spirit of brotherhood alive for all? Do you think you might try to dig deeper in the Word for answers? I felt a need to ask this question because lately I have recieved some very pointed, anti-gay literature in the mail. The main focus of this stuff is always the same, i.e., they always preach about the sexual varient's (in this case, Gay's) "obligation" to change thier orientation. I am currently working on a long response to the authors and publishers of the material I recieved and I will share that with everyone here at a later time, but rest assured a LOT of thought is going into this response. That is another reason for my questions here. I need your kind help in my "research". So, I will absolutely appreciate any response I get form you my brothers in Christ!
