I am well aware of the fact that MANY MANY boys masturbate from early ages and turn out fine. Define "fine." I know of one person very close to me who started at 7 years old and then started having sex with girls at 13, and has since had many partners. Is "fine" being heterosexual yet promiscuous? Is "fine" being someone who is able to abstain from sex until marriage? Or is "fine" something else? I'd be interested in reading about any statistics on this. I mean, most boys aren't interested in girls until they're 10, 11, or 12 years old. Isn't this right, in most instances? So... if a boy is masturbating long before his interest in girls, then what is he masturbating about?! (Yes, I know it's possible to do it without fantasizing, but how often is that true?) I wouldn't be surprised to learn that the person I knew who masturbated at 7 years old had many homosexual fantasies before his interests turned to girls. I knew him at the time, and there were times he seemed interested in me. Lots of boys experiment with other boys at an early age, right? So, what is it that makes a "homosexual" boy heterosexual? And/or what is it that causes a boy to no longer be interested in fantasizing about or "playing with" other boys? Whatever it is, it didn't seem to happen with most of us BLs. Splash |
