"i want to express that as much as we would like to believe that sexual attraction to a young male is normal and somehow healthy"

I am not sure what you mean by normal. I think, as humans, that sexual attraction in general is normal. Just like animals, our bodies are sexual machines. Why so some animals have sexual interaction with same sex partners or with themselves? Well, I guess that a sex drive is largely generic without some sort of guidance (genetic, cultural, etc.).

I don't think sexual attraction to anyone is espescially "healthy." It is just human nature. I don't think there is anything greatly moral about being attracted to women. Just like any attraction, it is a biological reaction.

"that love has nothing to do with sex except to do with your wife"

Again, I don't think there is anything terribly love centered about sex with anybody. It is just a reaction that was placed in us for the purpose of procreation. With a wife, it is part of a (hopefully) healthy relationship, but if God didn't want you to have children and neither of the couple had those animal instincts that needed to be satisfied, I think it would be pretty pointless.

"We are flesh and as flesh we have addictions that are formed by the world and our circumstances"

...and tempations formed by external forces. (I agree, just wanted to add that)

"but God goes beyond our circumstances and prepares us for His future"

Amen. Remember, though, that it is His future that obedience leads to. We may not like what we see, but still must have faith and continue serving. Of course, we all mess up, but we also must get up and start walking in the right direction.

" "Boylove" and the gay lifestyle is a vyle perversion of what life He has created."

I guess it depends on what you mean by "boylove" and "gay lifestyle." Being tempted is one thing, but acting on that is quite another. Remember that Jesus was tempted all his life. Would you say that he was living the "sinner" lifestyle? It's just a matter of semantics, I suppose.

"Now for all of you who are reading this and getting upset, your response to this only proves that there are God haters"

That statement is utter nonsense. Are you saying that somebody who disagrees with you hates God? Do you really believe that you are so holy that your words are as sacred as the Bible? You seem to be trying to put Christians into classes of good and bad. The Bible tells us that all christians are sinners, but have been forgiven.

Okay, after all that I want to say that I primarily agree with what you are saying. As christians, we should not indulge ourselves in the idea that something like a sexual relationship with a boy is part of the plan for our lives. The Bible speaks of either being alone or joining with a wife if our sexual drives require it (burning and all that). I just feel like your letter reads a bit "holier than thou." Sorry if I sound the same way. I hope that you are doing well in all your struggles and can find joy and peace.

Love,
hopesalive
