...try coming up with logical reasons or basing yourself on research. Ok... there is no authority except that which God has established. God has granted me power and authority over my mind and body; I have not been granted power and authority to move your limbs with my mind, nor you mine - and no shiny metal object forged of human hand ('badge') will change this. ...but from there, logic and reasoning. At its HIGHEST, law is vengance, eye-for-an-eye. At its midpoint is law random violence with senseless victims. At its lowest, law is violence against that which is right; harboring, say, a Jew. Law is nothing more than violence. As a citizen, each bears full moral responsability for the SUM of the violence which one's action or inaction has condoned. Do you accept the moral weight upon yourself, knowing it full well? Would YOU, PERSONALLY, go to a person's house with a gun to rend them from their screaming wife and children, because... he posessed a flower, all to himself, interacting with none other? If so, well... 'as ye have judged'... I'll be sure to stop by sometime. :) |
