Little League World Series

I just finished watching the next to final game of the Little League World Series where Louisville beat Worcester. I had watched a previous game a few days ago where Worcester played also. Although I enjoyed watching all the boys play, I must admit I was quite taken with the 3rd baseman for Worcester. I forget his name, but I think he was the smallest boy there at 4' 4". Although he was small, he played like a lion, and also was cute as a button. To see the look of concentration on his face when he batted was adorable. And when he smiled after making a good play, it lit up the whole place. In the game tonight, Brent Musburger (one of the announcers) made a comment saying how everytime he looked at him he just wanted to hug him. My ears perked up at that comment because I was feeling exactly the same thing, but thought that was because of my pedophilia. I wasn't thinking about being sexual with him or what he looked like nude. I just felt an urge to hug him. And since Musberger was thinking the same thing, which means others were probably also thinking along those lines, it made me realize those feelings weren't abnormal. I thought I'd post about it here because it made me feel better about myself to know that not all my thoughts about boys is abnormal or perverted. It gives me hope. Dakota |
