Love in a general sense? I doubt it. He is giving us the meaning of TRUE LOVE. As humans we try to water down the truth so that it is pleasing to our flesh. Does a woman stop loving her husband of 35 yrs. because the sex stops? NO. Does a mother stop loving her child because the child didn't make GREAT marks on their report card? NO. Does God stop loving us because we miss the mark? NO. Sex is an important part of marriage between man and woman, and it is what God intended. But, sex is not a prerequisite or requirement for Love to be present. > God created our flesh bodies, sex and declared it all good...
