From a christian perspective, the consequences are unknown to us, but Jesus tells us they are worse than having a millstone tied around your neck and then being thrown into the sea, so Im not in a hurry to find out. If you have sex with your yf then you are setting a bad example and causing him to sin.

Mark 9:42
"And if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone tied around his neck."

Hopefully you are a role model for this child, and as a christian role model it is your duty to show him how to live a Christian life. You cant do this if you are at the same time living in sin and bringing him down with you. At that point, you will have failed at being a christian role model/mentor and could possibly ruin his image of christians for a long time to come. The harm here is spiritual, not psychological, emotional, or physical.

From a secular perspective, the only consequences are the risks involved. The most significant risk seems to be the risk of exposure. When someone finds out, the consequences seem to be catastrophic for everyone involved. The BL goes to prison and the boy who just lost his best friend (and now blames himself for it) is given therapy until he feels like a victim. No one wins in those situations.
