Hi Questioner, You said some things that I must comment on. I whole-heartedly agree with you, we absolutely do NOT have to enter into a sexual experience with a boy, and yes, we must be accutely awaire that our actions....ALL of our actions....affect the young ones we have even a seemingly insignificant relationship with. (I added the "seemingly insignificant" part.) We have, as Christians, a huge responsability to any children that we come in contact with. We are responsable to present to them a Godly image, to the very best of our ability. And although God has given us humans our sexuality, it is only one small aspect of love, and one which has some important rules attatched to it. When people ignore the rules, as far as I have ever seen, the results are always some kind of pain...mental, emotional, physical, etc. I have never seen anything other than those results, honestly. And simply put, the rules are basically that sex is only ok when shared between a husband and wife in Holy matrimony. That's it! As far as being active in the life of a boy, we absolutely MUST remember that this young person is in a period of time in his life that is so very vulnerable, and he is impressionable. He is especially impressionable when he is with an adult to whom he loves, respects, and greatly looks up to. An adult like one of us....like a BL. Yes, we have a GREAT responsability!
