Obviously his mother is in denial.

I find those sympoms to be highly odd as I have only heard of similar in cases concerning brain tumours or infections in the nervous system.

It sounds very serious to me and in your shoes I would do whatever I could to make sure he got to see a specialist for examination.

I will pray for both of you.
