Why is it we that are afflicted with such temptation? What did we do to deserve such misery? Why should we have to live out my life not being able truly pursue the complete relationship we desire, while the vast majority of the world get's to? We did not choose to be this way. Why must we suffer?

Although at times it may seem like it, we are not the worst ones off. There are people born with incurable debilitating conditions that cause lifelong physical pain. Others are born to abusive parents and must suffer through a tortuous childhood. Some are born in a country so ravaged by poverty that they must witness family members die of starvation. Others are born in war-torn countries where they fear for their lives daily. Some children are forced into a life on the street, sniffing glue to ease their hunger because its cheaper than food, doing what crimes they must to survive, and sleeping in fear that the police themselves will murder them while they sleep. What did they do to deserve that?

I dont think Satan needs to be blamed. I think we were simply dealt a strange hand. It may be odd and tricky to play with, but its the only one we're getting, so we just gotta ante up and play it to the max. Its not the worst hand either, its actually not bad at all...just tricky. The one those brazilian street kids got is a bad hand, the one children in the Ivory Coast got was a bad hand, the one Joseph Merrick (better known as "The Elephant Man") got was a bad hand. We just have an unusual one.

You want to know why? It is because he is afraid of us, and what we are meant to do under the power of God. He spends an extraordinary amount of time on trying to knock or keep us off our intended path.

This statement is so very true. I dont believe its the reason we are bl's but, I do believe the rest of the statement is very true.

For those of us who know we are not walking the path God wishes us to, all we must do to test this theory is to attempt to get back on that path. Satan makes it appear that that path is just a few steps away. That we can hop right back onto it whenever we wish. It is not until we actually attempt to get back on that path that we realize how far we have strayed, and how many obstacles satan has placed between us and that path.

Thank you for those words
