Dear Pat, During the first few months after Lenny passed away I wasn't able to think about him without pain but that has passed. I've reached the stage at which I'm able and happy to remember the good times. I enjoy talking about the things that made Lenny special. Happily, it was this community that was able to most help me through my loss. The memorial service was a hoot. The guests were a combination of Lenny's family, our mutual friends, my friends from AIDS activist days and a whole BUNCH of boylovers I met on the Internet. Brunch after the service was .... interesting. ;-) Please give all my best to Pat and let him know we'll be here waiting if he wants to talk. Love, Jim |
