Late reply to Jesus Lover

You wrote to Jim:
The kingdom of darkness is in its darkest hour. You are attacking me because it is your nature. God is not living in you. With out Christ in you, there is only 1 other option and that is Sin, hate ,deception, wrath, etc. Jesus Christ is in me, and we are going to win hands down. In every battle between good and evil God has won.
Prepare to be defeated.
The lord Jesus Christ reigns over all.
The power of God (which I have experienced first hand) is all powerful and all knowing and Satan is a like scared little man that is trying to bring down ever person he can...
Its your Choice.
God or Satan.
The battle is already over, God has already won.
Attack me all you want, you still lose.
I love you Jim, You can hate me all you want but that only displays who you really are.

I'm not a Christian. I do not believe in God. And I do not believe that Jesus is the son of God.
I'll be the first one to tell you that.

With out Christ in you, there is only 1 other option and that is Sin, hate ,deception, wrath, etc.

I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone on this board or any other number of boards that I frequent who would describe me as filled with "hate, deception, wrath". In fact, I would wager that you could get any number of responses here to the contrary...and from people that you would least expect.

Personally, I find your whole concept of Christianity to be fundamentally flawed.

1) Just because someone chooses not to believe in God does not make him immediately succeptable to Satan. In Biblical lore, God created Satan. If this is true, then people who do not believe in God CANNOT believe in Satan. If they do, then they are admitting that they also believe in God.

2) It is not your place to judge. The Bible tells you this. Are you presuming that God is too busy to do his own job and now needs emissaries to do the job for him? You presume too much I think. "Judge not lest ye be judged." (Personally, I find it appalling to be judged by someone who cannot even let his own God do the job that he wants to do. And I believe that it is just as big a sin for you to judge us as you think it is for Jim to be homosexual.)

3) When you spout this rhetorical (I'll be nice, Heather) crap at Jim, it is just as big a slap in the face to the rest of us who think much like Jim does with respect to Christianity. I personally am affronted by the idea that someone like you can spew hatred and deception (yes, and you are the worst, because you are decieving yourself into thinking that you are doing the right thing when you spew your hatred at people you don't really even know) at people who have done nothing but try to live their lives in the best way they know how.

4) "it is your nature"
Actually, if you want to know the truth, I've always found this particular argument to be rather assinine. If Jesus died for our sins, then why does God not make us born sinless then give us the capacity to sin if we choose? He doesn't. He makes us "born in sin" so we have the most potential to remain that way. Personally, I find this a rather assinine way to run a world. If he wants everyone perfect, why doesn't he realize this and give us a potential to do so instead of making everyone work their butts off before inevitably failing to achieve the impossible?

There is no God. There is no Satan. There is only people who struggle day-to-day to make it through life's inevitable tragedies and joys. Good and evil are only concepts for little minds such as yours to grab hold of so they will have some meaning to their lives. I have no need for such concepts, because all I can do is what is right for me...as I am sure Jim does, and Heather, and F.O.D., and Chris, and d, and any number of other people who take solice in this board. People like you who can only pre-judge and spew rhetoric...well, maybe it makes you feel better, but it doesn't help those who come here to find a peaceful environment where they can discuss their troubles or enjoy the company of friends in a CHRISTIAN environment.

Maybe you need conflict in your life. I don't.
Maybe you feel important when your arguing. I don't think so.

Personally, I feel sorry for people like you who have become so misguided in their beliefs that they lash out at people so they can feel some small measure of comfort in believing the way they do.

But that's not who I am.

I've laid it out for you. Maybe you will at least think about it. But I have my doubts.
