Jesus Lover, I'm not certain if you mean well, if you're stumbling around, or if you are just arrogant. I think you need to realize that you are not the judge of this world. Only those who are perfect will judge. You put Jim in a class with murderers and rapists, when you have a clearly murderous attitude. Don't you realize that you can kill what little influence God may have with a soul by beating them down in such a fashion. Remember our Bible tells us that many are called, but few chosen. Do you feel that you are among those chosen few? I don't feel that way myself. Paul says, by God's inspiration in his letter to the Philippians, chapter 12 that I must work out my OWN salvation with fear and trembling. If I can't, or won't do that, then I certainly won't be among the chosen; and I certainly won't do that if I kill the influence of God in other people. I have a full time job, just taking care of Andy, and I would hope that you would get busy and get the malice out of your heart. I didn't write this to offend you. If you really want to be a chosen vessel of God, I pray that you will take a good look, pray, and ask God to show you what is in YOUR heart. I will close with this passage from Jeremiah 17:9: The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? In prayer and Christian love, Andy |
