John Guard - Funny that you should bring this up. I looked into the same passage, wondering how on earth I could get away with marrying a single mom if, in fact, she had already been married. Certainly, we are all forgiven for our past sins because of the blood of Jesus. But I don't see any biblical way around this problem either. You are not alone. Ben |
