Hi Bluey, I consider myself pretty cynical, so don't feel you have to apologise for that. I agree, being a Christian boylover means we do have to face a choice - whether to reign in our desire for sexual intimacy for God's sake or whether to give in to it. Actually I think it's a choice any Christian has to face, not just boylovers. Sexuality is a general human phenomenon. I hope you don't mind my commenting on one or two of your points. You said that our deepest desire, even deeper than the desire to know Jesus, is to have the freedom to rape boys with no guilt. This comment is - how may I put it kindly? - offensive. My desire is not that I could stick my dick into whichever pound of boyflesh I could get my hands on. No. Rather what I would like is to be able share intimacy with a particular boy whom I love. That he is male and only 15 is incidental to the love I have towards him. My idea of heaven is not having sex with lil' ones. It is rather the thought of being united, he with I, and we with God. As for the junior high choice between Jesus and sex, in my case I did choose the former. I don't mean to be making out I'm some guy better than you, but I want you to appreciate that being a Christian boylover doesn't mean you have to necessarily be at the edge of committing treason and rejecting Christ to get a cheap orgasm. I agree, the contradiction - I think it's right before God to abstain from sex, but nevertheless I desire sex - is tough. But at the same time, it's understandable. "It is not good for the man to be alone." I don't think Jesus expects us to have everything sorted out in our minds while we're still living on Earth. We're just specks of dust, but specks that God has died for. Write again. And keep safe. Fod |
