Sheesh, Since my mother was a Catholic and my father is a Protestant, I am keenly aware of some of the differences between the two religions. Please understand I am not trying to divide this board. I was trying to understand the background of the responses. I don't think there are many boards where your response is going to be more affected by religion then here. For example, I recently asked about Jesus's siblings. Heather as a Catholic, responded with a differing view than all the others. As the posters here don't start their post by saying as a Catholic or a Protestant, I was trying to get a understand of the poster. Honestly each poster's respons reflects their beliefs. I was also considering about questioning the differences between the two faiths. Sorry, if I came off as offensive. Sheesh! |
