Thats pure theism through and through, and exactly why bad reasoning such as theism and belief in god must be countered. It ends up with people defending and trivializing pedophilia as unfashionable. "a fact that we are either miserable about or use to give our relationships with boys a depth that can be a blessing to them." BUD - Blessing is as much a mythical term as is 'sin'. They only have meaning in a mythcial sense, as shown true by a story that claims it true without proof it is. You bless these boys with love? Tenderness and caring? How would you describe the average relationship as, a teacher-student realtionship, as the wise old one etc... or is it a purely sexual thing only? But the scary part for me here, is that you have blessed this event. Both with this webpage, and the term you just used here. You more than trivialize it by calling it unfashionable, you sanctify it, by saying its a blessed. This to me, says you are using the bible to justify pedophilia. If I am wrong, please correct me, I don't mean to misunderstand. But how are the boys blessed? Certainly I share the previous posters state of mind in questioning your ideals. I don't share his question, if this is representing in any way the mainstream church. I believe the authors of this page would agree that they don't desire to be a part of the mainstream church either. Isn't that right? This is an offshoot of mainstream religious theory. Not the atypical mindset. Listen, do not think my condemnation of you is in any way meaningful. I am just a guy out here. But my understanding is SIN does not exist. Its a by-product of myth. It only exists as true, according to myth. There are mans written laws, and subjective values that we all carry with us, but there are no ABSOLUTES on morals. Sin is supposed to be that which is wrong always. Its supposed to be written in stone, or written in this bible or that one. But each definition of 'what is sin' is only true via that bible, or that mythcial description. The choices we make between 'good and bad' are personal and in our own heads only. Your choices are not the at all in conforming with the status quo. You are certainly outcasts of mainstream society. I would suggest, its nota stretch to suggest no self-respecting church would have you either. They are the MOST condemning people in the world, so it don't suprise me none. However, any thought of pedophilia to me, is repulsive. I concur with the rest of society that its a serious crime. I do though, kinda in a queezy way, enjoy posting here. At least if I call you a sicko, its not like you don't know it or something. But a 'sicko' is only how I define it. And I am sure I won't get universal agreement on that anymore than I would on anything else I type. Just another meaningless opinion... I've never seen a whole board agree on 1 topic ever. So this board must have some serious conflicts at times with people who take offence. Don't you get damned a lot? Don't people openly spurn you? Death threats? Cripes I get threats online, and I just tell the truth. You come out in defense of screwing kids in the name of the lord. You and this whole board is the BUD Flame of the Week! |
