Choirboy, Well, I'm pretty new to this forum myself, but I'd like to welcome you (back). I hear ya man. I am in a similar situation. But it went the other way. You see, I was with a girl whom I trust very much. I asked her if she would like to become accountability partners. She agreed. It was amazing what God has allowed us to learn about each other. She knows my "baggage" and I know hers. But you know what, I told her that I was addicted to boy pornography, (sadly, yes) and that I really struggled with it. But I knew that in Christ the porn was wrong. But I have been clean from that for a while. Anyway, she just prayed with me and we prayed that God would deliver me from this HORRIBLE part of my life. And He's helping me stand strong. But one thing came out of it. My friend and I have fallen in love. At least I've fallen in love with her and I'm pretty sure she has feelings toward me. I guess my point is, by telling her, we became SO close. I explained it to her this way, taking steps in a relationship is being willing to open yourself up to hurt. But also being willing to accept and love the other no matter what happens. You have to be willing to put yourself on the line. But at the same time, you have to be trustworthy.
