Hey FOD - Don't worry I haven't been listening to anyone. I haven't talked about boylove since I last posted here (it doesn't go over well in church groups :-). I did not at all imply that all homosexual tendencies are caused by a first sexual encounter as described above. I do believe that some people are predisposed to be homosexual anyway and that by engaging in a sexual experiece that is gratifying, it is very likely that that boy may continue pursuing that kind of sex. On the other hand, a boy who may be predisposed to homosexuality may have his first (and subsequent) encounters with females and may pursue that aspect of his sexuality enough that his homosexual tendencies are not really drawn out. I myself never had a sexual experience with another person. I was always drawn to boys and began masterbating when I thought about them. By the time I was 15 I barely knew that there was any other way to gratify my sexual desires than my my own right hand and thoughts of cute boys in swimwear. If a boy is going to be gay than he is going to be gay. My conviction (besides the religious reasoning) is based on not encouraging boys to explore that homosexual side when maybe they are predisposed to go 'either way'. Hope all is well!
