Call a spade a spade?

The thing that stands out for me on this particular issue is that gay 'marriage' is not at all immoral from a humanistic point of view.

A gay couple can be sincere and faithful Christians in every way.
A gay couple can be as loving and faithful to their marriage as any straight couple.
A gay couple can be as good at parenting any children they may have/aquire as any straight couple.
A gay couple can work and be a contributing part of society and community like any straight couple.

We are not talking here about shameful sins committed in secret for sensual gratification.
We are talking about sincere brothers and sisters, craving a companion - as we are designed to do - seeking to live a life that honours God and really, really, really struggling to go with the whole husband/wife provision that is on offer.

I believe that sexual orientation is NOT a choice.
Learning to manage one's sexuality before God is a difficult road.
For myself... I approve of my masturbation fantasies and my non-sexual close friendships with boys.
For others... they go so far as to approve gay marriage.
If I lived in a society where marriage to a young boy was allowed, I'm SURE I'd be VERY compelled to participate and seek such a union (of course not now that I'm already married... but hypothectically).
My point simply is... who am I to judge?

Blessings
Cat.
