recently one of the church leadership team said to me that they thought I would make a good mentor for one of our youth. Since then i have thought a lot about it,
I even went to workshop about it and that has really inspired me.

Has anyone any experience of being a Mentor for a young person ?
How long does it last and was the experience a worthwhile one for both?
And any tips and advice you would give me ?

I have an awesome relationship with my yf from the church, I know he looks up to me in a way and hope to become a mentor for him maybe.
