I'm glad you liked my joking around. I absolutely love Libera...they are such angels. And their voices are so pure and beautiful, as well as the songs they sing. If Heaven is like that, then I can't wait to get there.

You know, I quit believing in luck a long time ago. I'm not even sure if there actually is such a thing. I do believe that our actions have their own consequences, whether good or bad, depending on what we do. However, I do not believe that God is out to get us if we mess up. I think he will do what he can to teach us and guide us, but always in complete love. Yes He will let bad things happen in our lives, but only because he wants us to learn. Bad things do happen to good people, that's for sure, but so do good things. Sometimes it seems like everything going on is bad, but if you really sit down and think about it, seldom is that the case. I have had periods in my life when all I could do is focus on the bad stuff because the bad stuff was really big and bad. But when my friends would come around and help me to see that there was also some good, I eventually quit looking only at the bad.

I'm not sure what you believe about God, but this is what I believe. He is much, much more than the big, bad, super judge in the sky that most people think he is. He is infinately better than that. He doesn't want to judge us or condemn us, he wants to love us and save us. I hope that helps you a little because it sounds like life has been pretty miserable for you and I really feel for you.
