We are all born with a sinful nature, however the Gospel message is about the transforming power of God's love. If we have a tendency to kill, steal or lie etc... it is not God's will for us to stay this way. He desires to transform us to be like Jesus. If we have sexual attractions to the same gender He does not want us to stay this way but to heal us. 'If any person is in Christ, they are a new creation. Old things pass away, all things become new.'
