Even our best efforts come up short. Therefore, we must forgive ourselves and others, because God has forgiven us. Indeed, we should not be drowning in guilt. God liberates us to shine on despite our failings, and He helps change us to becmome more pleasing in His sight. He helps us to take more steps forwards than backwards, and through it all, SHINE ON!
