things get more complicated

| A while back I met a young person online and we became friends and ended up meeting in person and hanging out on several occasions. His parents quickly grew to love me, but for reasons Id rather not get into, I distanced myself from him slowly. I hoped to keep this a secret from my family and everyone else I know, basically keeping the two worlds separate. My bl side and my home side, two separate distinct entities which should never cross for security reasons. Well, I failed to take something into account, within just a couple of years, that young person I met would be old enough to hang out in the same places that my younger brother would be old enough to hang out in. And as luck would have it they have met. And now my brother knows that I met a younger kid (who he himself reffered to as 'that kid') on icq and later in person. The chips are all on the table...now its just a matter of time before they put two and two together. Or...perhaps Im overreacting? |
