High spirits

Hello lads and ladies. I'm in high spirits today cause I ran into my YF and her ma this morning! My YF is the daughter of one of Alma's friends. She's 10 and as cute as a bug's ear. When she saw me she got a big smile on her little face and ran up to me and gave me a hug. I hadn't seen her in awhile so it was a crack to just bump into them! My YF's da left her and her ma when she was a baby. I hope to be a mentor to her. I'm not so attracted to little girls as I am to boys so its more of an emotional attachment then a sexual one. I met up with Alma and a few of her weirdo "artistic" friends for lunch. Alma was her usual morose self. After her friends left I told her about seeing my YF and how pleased I was. Alma just sat there sorta glowering at me and chain smokeing. I don't think she apporves of my friendship with the girl. I told her that I thought God had made me a childlover so I could take an interest in kids and be a mentor to those that needed me. That God had a plan for all his children including her. Alma rolled her eyes and started staring out the window taking more interest in a crow eating chips out of a rubbish can than in what I was saying. Alma is an atheist and sorta tunes me out when I try to talk religion with her. It's a shame cause she's been having a hard time of it lately and having the comfort of Jesus Christ in her life would be a great help to her. I have reconciled with my girlfriend and as of now we are still a couple. I want to make it work. She is a nice girl and I enjoy her company. Well that's about it then. Cheers lads Gabe |
