Hi J ‘Let this mind be in you, which was in Christ Jesus’ (Philippians 2.5). As Christians our thoughts should be in unity. Oh, how the Church misses the mark! If our collective spiritual lives are in such disarray, how can we expect to understand each other? Thanks for your detailed reply; you have understood much of what I was attempting to say. ‘The Watchers’, perhaps better called watchman (but not as poetic) refers to Jeremiah 6.17. This was written when I was struggling to come out of a wilderness experience. Feeling let down by the ‘church’ I was blaming God for creating me as I was (am) – I would not listen to His Spirit, and was in much confusion. Time and eternity on different plains do not run consecutively, but in sequence. The Trumpets blasts as you correctly state are those of the Revelation. Cheat the death, Die in time. – Refers to the second death as spoken of in Revelation 20.15, which if we be in Christ will not experience if in time we die to SELF – Hence the title. |
