tigris, This is not a particularly spiritual approach, but I can tell you that an overwhelming percentage of BLs (particuarly those who have chosen to be celibate......ie to not be sexual with boys) suffer from depression. We could go on all day speculating why that is, and I have my own ideas as well. The bottom line is that some of the more mainstream pharmaceutical solutions out there have been shown to be quite effective in this case. Talk to your doctor about trying Prozac or a similar solution. Again, there are spritual solutions as well. All of them help. You are not alone. Love, Ben |
