Marriage does not require a church or state. Marriage, in it's purest form is a vow between a man and a woman made to God (practically, at least a man of God should be present to wed the two). God created man and woman to be together. He gave us our sexuality in order to share with our spouses as a gift from Him. This bond between a husband in wife, through sex, in it's pure loving form is the closest we can come to understanding how much God loves us. Sex, taken out of that context is nothing but defiling that precious gift He gave us. Satan locked on that, and away he went with our little minds. The human species has turned sex, which is a gift from God to be shared in love with a spouse, into a perverted obsession and Lucifer guided us there. :) |
