Sadly, all but one of those persons gave up and accepted the philosophy that its ok to be actively gay and still be a christian. Perhaps sad in your opinion, certainly not in mine. A camp like ours, one that does not lie to its members, does not try to convince them that they are no longer gay when in fact they still are, and does not accept the lie that its ok to live a gay and a christian lifestyle simultaneously. Last time I checked, this 'camp' is made up of many different people from varying backgrounds and theological positions, none of which has a monopoly on what is and is what is not some alleged 'official' position as it regards the compatibility of homosexuality and Christianity or pedophilia and Christianity. I, for one, am among those whom you claim 'gave up' and accepted that 'lie' of a 'philosophy' that it's okay to be actively gay and still be a Christian. You're welcome to your opinion and to state it without fear of attack but please don't submit it as some official position held by 'this camp' because it isn't.
