Hi Platonic Deici, I do not think I could easily add to the reply that Reason Filled gave you. It was quite good and said everything I would want to say, but perhaps I might have something for you to think about. When I was deeply involved in a beautiful relationship with my YF "L", I was also trying to sort out my own faith in God. Isn't it something how these two life circumstances have a way of happening at relatively the same time? Personally I think it happens that way for very good reason. I loved him so much and I wanted to show my love for him the best ways I could think of. Now at that time my reason for not persuing anything sexual with him was mostly out of fear of the law, and the knowlege that it would probably not be in his best interest psycologically and emotionally if I decided to do such a thing. So instead I decided upon a much better way to show him love....I introduced him to the Author of Love! I will never forget the day he accepted Jesus Christ into his heart as his Savior. I will never forget the big smile on his beautiful face or the great big hug he gave me. And it was on that day, at that moment, when I discovered the wonderful depths of God's love for me; because at that moment "L" WAS my Lord. Not literally, mind you, but in a very real sence he was Jesus in my heart. And when he threw his arms around me, it was as if Jesus was giving me that pure and loving embrace. Ever since that day, ANY kind of sexual thought was interupted by the memory of that event and I never had a second thought about what I would do. A love so pure as that which held me in the arms of that boy could never be improved upon by any other thing, sexual or otherwise. Praise God!!!
