Christian Boylove Forum participants believe that a distinction must be made between feelings of attraction (which are not chosen) and behavior (for which one must be held responsible). We believe that boylovers can control and channel their feelings so that their relationships with boys are beneficial and honor God. . I AGREE WITH THIS STATEMENT. We are strictly opposed to the manipulation, coercion or abuse of children. WHILE I PERSONALLY AGREE WITH THIS STATEMENT, I AM NOT SURE THAT IT CAN NECESSARILY REFLECT ALL PARTICIPANTS. WHY NOT STATE SOMETHING THAT ECHOES OUR SHARED BELIEFS ABOUT HOW OUR BEHAVIOR REFLECTS OUR BELIEFS IN GOD. FOR EXAMPLE (AND I'M SURE SOMEONE ELSE CAN DO THIS BETTER THAN I CAN): We believe that God asks us to be responsible for our behavior and are opposed to any treatment of children which is contrary to the love that God intends us to have. We provide both support and accountability for our posters, attempting to help them critically examine their decisions and actions. Posts which do not reflect the webmaster's point of view are not deleted. Dialogue is begun to help all parties reflect on their views. All views are permitted and challenged. I'D BE CAREFUL ABOUT US CLAIMING ACCOUNTABILITY. BY DOING SO, WE ARE CLAIMING RESPONSIBLITY FOR EACH OTHER'S ACTIONS WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE AND NOT REALISTIC. WE DEFINATELY PROVIDE A FORUM FOR SELF AND COMMUNITY EXAMINATION. IN A SENSE, THIS FORUM IS A MINISTRY AND A BROTHERHOOD. You are not alone.
