If you are not fantasising about these boys ... if your not getting sexually aroused by looking at them.... why is it sinful?

Do you think it's sinful to be sexually attracted to someone?

Do you really think that focusing on something that appeals to your ideal of a good looker is sinful? If you do I'd like to know why?
