Yes, man's laws can put judgement on the "innocent." In reality, however, every person who walks the earth deserves a prison sentence. We have all thought of killing someone. We have all had sexual desires that were unlawful. We have all thought about stealing. And on and on. We all deserve prison, and in God's eyes we are pathetic. We can't rise up to be pleasing in His sight, yet I believe this is the reason we have forgiveness. The world will never get it right, because we are blind. We do not see what God sees. God sees the heart. Thank God we are forgiven. ~Once a Boy |
