I was not addressing FOD at all on the matter of religion. I was addressing his ignorant and hateful implication that gay people are apparently more likely to be physically or emotionally harmed by their love than straight people.

He used the tactics of a bigot - he related the negative experiences of one person and attempted to apply them to all gay people - while casting aspersions on our community that make it sound like he believes the gay community is likely to harm young people.

Lame.
