Romans1 translation

Any of y'all know that passage from the Bible called Romans 1:something that anti_gay Christians use to say that God hates gay people? I had never heard of it untill yesterday over a religious radio station and It bothers me. Normally if I was a liberal christian it wouldnt bother me cuz I'd say it's not ment to be tooken literaly. Well, I WAS a Liberal up untill a few days ago but now I believe all of what can be translated literaly IS ment to be translated literaly. Now, that dont mean I hate gays. DONT worry. I think I've come up with a new phrase. Im a liberal minded conservative christian. I myself is a BLer. Anywho Im wondering is there any of u in this forum like me who can give me the REAL meaning behind Romans1:whatever. If u can and even if u cant PLEASE, PLEASE give me ur comfort. I symphisate with gay people as if I were gay myself.

PS: Once again give me a literal translation please. Also I probaly wont respond to any replys if I have to untill later today like around 6:00 PM EST. Thanks!
