However, I don't see how it applies to marriage. that following an extensive list of rules is simply ineffective in changing peoples character. The OT is comprised of people told to follow, what was thought to be arbitrary laws. After Jesus' return, we learn why they are wrong because we are no longer ruled by those laws. Us feeling bad, when we do wrong, proves that the law was righteous. We are all learning. |
