You mean that you choose not to apply Jesus teaching to the Law in this case?

Us feeling bad, when we do wrong, proves that the law was righteous.

Spoken like a true fundamentalist, however:

Romans 2:4 Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and tolerance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance?

You feeling bad about your actions only proves that you have been conditioned to have that response.

I have never seen God use guilt as a motivator, its always His kindness that leads people to change. However, our adversary uses guilt to motivate people all the time.

...so why do you like to point out our guilt so often?
