Fod, Your theory of how you became a boylover, seems to me, about as sound as your statement that the Bible tells us that God doesn't want us to engage in homosexual sex! Remember that from 7 months ago? Do you think that maybe the Bible tells us that homosexuals should engage in homosexual love-making, if not in sex? :-) What I mean to say is that there are so many half-truths that pass as truths that only the extremely discerning can catch the error in the flow! You are implying that what you find fulfilling really isn't fulfilling, because you're missing something! And real fulfillment can only come in finding what you've been missing. I.e., girls! What if what you find fulfilling is really what is fulfilling for you! And what's missing is your personal freedom to enjoy it and to experience the depths of that fulfillment! Discover for yourself: Of that which feels good for you, which is really, really good for you! Learn to trust your judgment by sharpening your discernment with experience! Don't avoid all experiences for fear of having a bad experience. Make even a bad experience a learning experience! If I've judged you accurately from discussions over the past several months, I think you will use appropriate caution in deciding what to experience, so I think I can safely say, "Just do it!" Rely more on your own feelings of what is right for you, and less on what other authorities such as Church, Bible, society, etc. tell you should be right for you. Live, love, and laugh! Ray |
