I think it all comes to why you believe

A man dies on the cross
Three days later he is miraculously resurrected by God
So what?

Without explanation and context this event is irrelevant. It is the claim of the Christian faith that this event bought the possibility of forgiven for our sins and eternal life. Along with this package of explanation comes a moral code - whose legitimacy is reinforced because of the death and resurrection event. Accept the explanation offered - and you must then accept the moral code.

And part of that moral code is that sex should only occur between two people of the opposite sex who are commited to each other FOR LIFE in marriage. (Let's try and stay off the subject of the biblical legitimacy of gay sex just for once, we've plenty of discussion about that one elsewhere!) There is no clear rule about the ages at which marriage can occur - but there is no doubt that it is once and for all, certainly in intention. It is possible to derive principles from the bible that would make a marriage between a minor and an adult questionable, but it is not explicitly outlawed.

But it is only in the context of marriage that sex can occur - so if you wish to marry a 'minor', the expectation is that the person would continue as your sole mate for the rest of your life.

Hope that makes sense!!
