I just found out that this Sunday our Pastor is going to be teaching the Adult Sunday School class and the subject he is going to be discussing is teenage sexuality, including homosexuality. I really don't know exactly how he is going to approach the subject of homosexuality BUT it could get a little hairy if I hear something I don't like and decide I can't keep my mouth shut. He just went to a big conference out of town. It was one of the more important official conferences for my denomination. He came back with the official statement made at that conference about human sexuality, including the church's official stand on homosexuality. There are some things I think I like about the statement, and some things I think I really don't like. I don't know...this could get pretty ugly. Maybe I should just stay away. But I just CAN'T stay away, I'm way too interested. Pray for me.
