I will say, though, that if you think you experienced harm because you had sex at 19, it was either because something else went wrong (i.e. the experience was less than consensual) or else because you've been conditioned by society to falsely believe that sex is bad.

Two people experiencing mutual pleasure with one another's bodies simply CAN'T harm one another. Sex is good.

It's just stupid superstitions, like those that many Christians hold, that actually do the damage.
