and to be honest they are some of the most happy and healthy relationships I've seen.

I believe this is where you draw your conclusion, but I believe it is for the wrong reasons. I have had trouble similarly by observing many homosexual couples I know. Sure they look as healthy as any hetero couple, but the one thing I started to notice, I know many hetero couples that not only seem happy together, but very close to God, whereas, I know christian homosexuals, however, I do not know any that appear as close to God as I have seen in some straight couples.

I think, when you judge those relationships by our wordly standards, you can easily come to believe that there is nothing wrong. From a strictly spiritual POV, however, I don't see any that truly look well.

As I am close with my yf's, I do desire that which I believe is wrong. My body tells me that this would bring us closer. It feels that it would complete the puzzle. But as I go to God, and ask for clarity, all I see is how bad I would feel if I exploited my yf in such a way. First off, I would be introducing him into a world that can so easily corrupt. We all know how radioactive sexuality can be. It can easily pull anyone into a world of sin and perversion. Why not allow him to keep his innocence for a bit longer? I know how our culture is counter productive towards that, however, that is no excuse.

I will admit, these desires are strong. They play with our minds. They can even make sense if you pay them attention.

Here is another exercise that helps me. Notice that God made everything with a plan. Arms, obviously are great for hugging. Lips are great for kissing. Now let's look at the nether regions. A man and a woman obviously are made for each other. For a male to interact with another male, or female to female, they must alter natural sex (that which God intended for us to express our love with). Nothing fits together more perfectly. It just makes sense.

If God intended for men to share that type of relationship with other men, why didn't His Son clear up matters while here on Earth? For the pro-homosexual christians to make an argument, they must say that the Bible contains lies, and that Jesus's words were altered. Why would God allow for this to happen? Why would God supply absolutely no scripture, or support for homosexual activity. Not in the Koran, not in the Torah, not in the New Testament is there EVER support for homosexual relationships, to the contrary, homosexual activity is clearly spoken out against.

Trust me, the more we dwell in our own minds and feelings, without confering with God, or reading His word, the more we are apt to stray away from Jesus' teachings.

You are in my prayers,

RF
