Hi F.O.D. I'm glad to hear about your vacation. Too bad that we need to identify with labels... Gay, BL, whatever! I read quite a bit between the lines ;) the unspoken dialogue ... and I would have loved to be there with y'all. I think that it was "splendid" that you chatted up those two chaps regardless of the outWIERD perception they must have presented. I would be rather leary of going into any of those places and in fact I hardly ever go into bars or pubs or clubs of any kind for the reasons that you mentioned. Ya know, I often wanted to do this, but would never do it on my own, even if I was in a "strange" city. In fact where I am is strange enough :) I'm sure that I would feel "safe" with you and we could perhaps do this cafe` thing, using the "buddie" system as long as you didn't drown ...then you would be on your own ;) But, wouldn't we make a cute couple? Yikes! I see that your memory is holding up pretty good for a guy your age ;) heh There's a lot more I wanted to comment on (in your message) but only the time of day prevents me from rambling on and on and....
