I have a problem and need advise

Hi everyone, I got home from work tonight and was about bombarded with quite a problem. I know this is probably one of the best places I can go with this for advise, so here it is. For those of you who do not know me well enough to know this, I live with my younger brother and his two children. I'll call my brother "P" and his kids "F" (his daughter who is 12), and "A" (His son who is 10). Here is what happened. About three weeks ago, F had one of her friends over to spend the night on a week-end. I'll call her friend "B". It seems that probably while we were having our band practice (I am in a blues/rock band), F decided it would be fun to coerce her brother and "B" to take off thier clothes while in her walk-in closet and then play around with each other. We found out that they did nothing more than hug each other breafly. Luckily, "B"'s parents were VERY understanding and willing to talk with us and both the kids about it tonight. We talked for a while and then found out that "F" has been telling most of her friends that "B" and "A" had sex. This is a lot of what I am concerned with. What can I do as an uncle in this situation? I don't want to overstep my boundries but still the kids DO listen to me a lot more than they would thier dad. Unfortunately, I don't have any more time tonight to go into this better but I think you folks can get the general idea. I will be back and I will answer any questions.
