I would love to see just one common sense reason why we should continue to allow Saddam to defy the cease fire agreements, defy the UN resolutions, threaten world peace, and threaten US safety. If you like science fiction to get political views, try Star Wars. I don't think the rebels won by sitting peacefully and singing kumbiya. If you want some REAL material, read The Road to Serfdom. That book is about 50 years old. It will inform you on what is happening today. Anti-war protesters are not, "anti-violence". They said nothing when Clinton bombed Iraq, Kosovo, ect. They are simply anti-Bush. They will hate every thing he does, no matter what. Personally, I hope Bush gives them all a heart attack with the shock of how successful he will be. I'm actually going to go out and celebrate that this war finally started. |
