I just feel that today's Christianity is a totally perversion of the original intent that the Christ offered. The seed or core of the religion is still sound but it has been twisted and perverted by man until it has become nothing more than a comedic farce of the passion play that Christ gave to us.

Why shouldn't I take jabs when the thing I'm ridiculing is nothing more than a comedic bastardization of something that shouldn't be perverted?
