I'm a BC regular, a Christian and have considered posting here, but one thing has consistently bothered me: from my little experience here I've seen that many (a majority?) of the posters here see homosexuality as an automatic sin? Thing is, I'm not only a BL, but also gay.

Concerning homosexuality as an automatic sin, I'm not here to debate scripture, but I don't believe that God would choose to focus on such, in my humble opinion, trivial concerns. I focus on my faith, and my love for God, not how my sexual orientation is some sort of abomination. I'm not bisexual, so unless it's God's plan for me to be celibate (and nothing has seemed to point me in that direction) then I don't see how or why I should be anything but myself (eg. to follow my heart when it skips a beat for another male).

Are there others on this board that are of a similar opinion?
