Another boy?

Not long ago, someone here mentioned that the Roman Centurian who came to Jesus and asked him to heal his servant was actually talking about a loved boy. They said that the original language used the same words as were used for boylovers and their boys. (Apologies to whomever it is that I am forgetting.) That would be a very interesting study to me.

Along the same lines, in another post someone mentioned that Paul's rebuke which included "effeminate" was also the word for a loved boy in the original language.

We have all heard that the Greeks and Romans were serious boylovers, but it seems that our modern translations have been disinfected of any references to that cultural practice. It would be fascinating to me if someone could go in and pull it back out. I don't have the skills myself.
