On the first part you are right. I am assuming that masturbation is accompanied by sexual thoughts. I remember being able to do it without thinking much about anything as a young kid, there was probably nothing wrong with it back then, but the vast majority of adults have sexual fantasies while masturbating. I did not address the minute portion of adults who do not have sexual fantasies while masturbating because their numbers are so small so as to be insignificant.

On the second part, Im not equating any sort of sexual desire with lust. I did not say that people need to shut off their sexual desires until marriage. I reread my post and I do not see what lead you to that conclusion, my post was composed of only one sentence and some bible verses, how that one sentence was turned into a statement against sexual desire in your mind is a mystery to me. Sexual desire comes with being human. But I do equate fantasies with lust. If you had read the bible verses that I provided in my post you wouldve noticed that the first one reads: "Matthew 5:28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart." This shows that sexual fantasies are basically just as bad as doing the act its self. So, if indulging in sexual fantasies is not lust. Then what is it you think that lust is?
